Preventing Infection from Entering our Premises

  • Staff are screened daily and not allowed to come to work if unwell
  • Everyone who enters our premises is questioned to screen for symptoms or exposure to COVID-19

Social Distancing

  • Appointments are spread further apart so fewer people are on the premises at one time, and to allow proper sanitization of treatment rooms between clients
  • Only 5 people, including staff may be in our clinic at one time
    • Unfortunately at this time, we cannot allow extra visitors in to our premises to accompany you to your appointment
    • Please come at the scheduled time of your appointment, rather than early
    • We may have to ask you to wait outside for an unscheduled visit, if we are at capacity
    • Only the front door is kept unlocked, to assist us with following this guideline
  • We have a plexiglass shield between you and our receptionist

Hand Hygiene

  • Staff are disinfecting their hands before and after treatments or touching surfaces
  • Guests are encouraged to sanitize their hands on arrival and before leaving us
  • We are only handling retail products with clean hands

Environmental Cleaning

  • All high touch surfaces in treatment rooms are being disinfected after each treatment
  • Soft surfaces are being protected with linens. Linens are being washed sanitarily after each treatment
  • High touch areas, including door handles, the reception desk, counters and bathrooms are being sanitized frequently throughout the day
  • The credit card/debit machine is sanitized after each use

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Staff are wearing appropriate PPE
  • Masks are available for visitors as needed

Air Quality

  • We are using High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters with UV germicidal lights to continuously filter infectious particles out of the air and to inactivate those particles
