The first thing that really jumps out at me here is the crepe-like appearance of the cheek. You can see that the skin is sagging with a little bit of a jowl. The temple looks a bit hollow to me. There is no volume in the cheek. Look how prominent Michele’s nose is here. Beside the nose, you can see where the fullest part of the cheek is sagging — not that there is any fullness. The sagging of the cheek is creating the nasolabial fold that runs from the nose to the corner of the mouth.
Here the skin looks firm to me. The crepe is gone from the cheek although there are still some texture problems to fix. You can see how the tissues around the base of the nose have been built up so the nose looks smaller. The nasolabial fold has disappeared. Her cheek has more volume.
I think the Sculptra has taken a good 15 years off of Michele’s face.
